Facelift Revisions - Before and After Gallery

After three conventional facelifts

   One year after Composite

Three previous conventional facelifts created a lateral sweep and
hollow eye, which were corrected with the Composite.

Aging conventional facelift

   One year after Composite

A traditional facelift left this woman with a pixie ear, lateral sweep,
and hollow eye; all were corrected with a Composite Lift.

Aging conventional facelift

   After correction by Composite

A previous conventional facelift resulted in hollow eyes, a malar
crescent, and pixie ear, which were all corrected with
the Composite.

   Eight years after Composite

Composite correction of the malar crescent, hollow eye,
and lateral sweep -- stable after eight years.

Before surgery

   After revision
   including septal reset

This 64 year-old gentleman had the fat removed from his lower eyelids
25 years ago with a standard lower blepharoplasty. Unfortunately, this
resulted in a hollow undereye area and bony appearance to the cheek-
bones. The correction included a septal reset and finding more lower
eyelid fat to release and secure over the orbital bone.

   After Composite Revision

Three previous blepharoplasties created a round eye which
was corrected by a canthoplasty. A chin implant
enhanced the Composite Facelift.

The hollow eye that resulted when too much fat was removed
during a conventional facelift and blepharoplasty is
corrected with the Composite.

The top two photos are before and after a conventional facelift.
Note the lack of rejuvenation of the lower eye area. The next
two photos compare the results of the conventional facelift to
the Composite Lift. Note particularly the under-eye changes,
and the overall harmonious appearance achieved.

This patient's prominent malar crescent and pulled-down eye were
corrected with a cheeklift and septal reset.

The lateral sweep and malar crescent deformities were
eliminated by the Composite Facelift.

A Composite Lift corrected the hollow eyes, and the lower eyelid
and cheek remain youthful even ten years after surgery.

These photos demonstrate well the vertical movement of
the cheek fat achieved with the Composite.

Here's another good example of the youthful look achieved
by repositioning of the cheek mass. A chin implant and
rhinoplasty help balance the face. The pixie ear has
also been corrected.

After earlier surgery

   Two years after Composite

A Composite Facelift corrected the effects of previous facelift
surgery, which included a pulled-down lower eyelid.

Under-corrected neck

   After Composite Correction

A previous facelift failed to address the neck fat.
This was corrected with a Composite Facelift.

After previous surgeries

   After Composite Correction

Results of a previous facelift, including the unusual scar from an
attempted browlift, were corrected with a Composite Facelift
that included a chin implant. The forehead scar, through
improved, will always be present

After previous surgeries

   After Composite Correction

Several problem areas resulted from too much previous surgery.
Extensive revisions included correction of pulled-down lower
eyelids, thinning of the fat injected lips, excision of uneven
patches of skin of the neck and cheeks and removal of
cheek implants. Tight skin prevented correction of
the previous facelift incision in front of the ear.
